The principles guiding our actions

We believe that strong values result in strong thinking which result in strong actions. That’s why we defined three clear principles to help us scale our company to a major player in the agriculture space.

Do the right thing, always.

When we interact with our employees, our customers, our partners, vendors and suppliers, our shareholders and investors, and the world/communities we serve, we do the right thing, always! This means we will act with integrity. We will treat others how we would like to be treated. We will make responsible decisions that are in support of our mission, even when no one is watching.

Own it, all of it.

Ownership of all we do is critical to your success and the success of the company! Going above and beyond, completing the task at hand, helping others even though it might not be clearly your responsibility, and taking full responsibility of a situation are all examples of own it, all of it!

Nurture collaboration.

At Kalera, we cultivate a workplace where teamwork, cooperation, and communication are paramount. We know that the best solutions come from diverse perspectives, supporting an environment where sharing knowledge, skills, and resources across all levels enhances collective success and innovation.

Cultivate diversity.

We embrace and promote diversity within the workforce and business practices. We welcome a wide variety of perspectives, and promote inclusivity to enrich our community and foster innovative solutions.

Join our growing team

Would you like to join a company on the forefront of the next agricultural revolution? We would love to have you join our team! Kalera has careers spanning many different skill sets and experience levels.
