Today, technology-driven vertical farming companyΒ KaleraΒ announced the publication of a new study, β€œEffect of End-of-Production High-Energy Radiation on Nutritional Quality of Indoor-Grown Red-Leaf Lettuce,” conducted in partnership with theΒ University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences.
