Cilantro
Complex citrusy flavor. Cilantro microgreens have slightly less Vitamin C than an orange! High levels of important carotenoids are essential for organ function, such as lutein/zeaxanthin, violaxanthin, and beta-carotene fat soluble antioxidants.
