Leafy Green Mixes

Green Leaf Mix

A variety of vibrant greens, ranging from the light green of young romaine leaves to the deep, rich green of mature green leaf lettuce, and a mix of shapes and textures. Mild and refreshing, with a balance of slight sweetness, mild bitterness, and crisp juiciness.

Artisan Mix

Up to 8 lettuce varieties including red leaf, green leaf, frilly and romaine. Mild and refreshing, with a balance of slight sweetness, mild bitterness, and crisp juiciness. The red varieties add a slight earthiness and satisfying crunch. 

Microgreens

We grow specialized microgreens from non-GMO seeds that are delicate, colorful, and tasty. Our microgreens are popular with chefs who want to add surprising accents to their creations. Click here to learn more about our microgreens. 

Spicy Mix

Colorful blend of red and green mustards. Dense in fiber, folate, protein, calcium, and iron. Brings benefits with eye and heart health. A bold, peppery flavor with a slightly spicy kick, reminiscent of wasabi or horseradish.

Bulls Blood

Earthy and slightly sweet greens, with a hint of beet flavor. Add bull’s blood beet microgreens to salads, sandwiches, wraps, and smoothies for a pop of color and a hint of sweetness. They also make a stunning garnish for dishes.

Basil

Sweet-spicy flavor. More visually pleasing than full-sized chopped basil. Perfect for adding rich flavor to Italian dishes. Packed with proteins, vitamins E, A, K, B6, and C, and calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium, and even potassium. With anti-inflammatory benefits!

Pea Tendrils

Tender, mild, and subtle, they have a nutty and sweet pea-like flavor that’s great for salads, sandwiches, stir-fries, omelettes and mroe. 

Pea Shoots

Mild but pleasant sweet pea flavor. Perfect as garnish, salads, stir fry and even soups. Very rich in beat-carotene which our bodies convert into Vitamin A, C, folate, and fiber. Seven times more vitamin C than blueberries, 8x more folate than bean sprouts, 4x more vitamin A than tomatoes, and up to 69% of high quality bioavailable protein.

Cilantro

Complex citrusy flavor. Cilantro microgreens have slightly less Vitamin C than an orange! High levels of important carotenoids are essential for organ function, such as lutein/zeaxanthin, violaxanthin, and beta-carotene fat soluble antioxidants.

Arugula

Bold and peppery, with a slightly bitter undertone. Add to salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and pasta dishes for a peppery kick.

Radiant Mix

Bright, tasty mix including no less than 5 of the following items: thyme, mizuna, bulls blood, red kale, dill, chervil, parsley, red cabbage. This variety is dense in minerals and vitamins such as Vitamin C, E, potassium, calcium, and beta-carotene, an essential metabolic building block.

Herbs

Basil

A classic sweet and peppery flavor with a hint of clove and anise. Stems have flavor and no grainy texture, providing more usable product per ounce. 

Living Lettuce

We grow perfect, clean, flavorful lettuce year-round without pesticides, utilizing clean-room technology to protect the produce from animal and human pathogens. And it shows. Hardly any other lettuce comes close in terms of freshness and crunchiness. 

Kalera Krunch

Sweet-crunchy bite. Decorative leaves that adorn any dish. Packed with antioxidants such as Vitamins C and A.

Red Oak Leaf

Tender burgundy-red leaves add texture and color to any salad. High phenolic content which makes this variety have extraordinary antioxidant properties. Vitamin A for a healthy vision. Vitamin K for bones and blood.

Butter

Soft buttery texture and slightly sweet taste. Excellent source of vitamin A. Works great for wraps, sandwiches, and fresh salads. 

Frisée

A single serving meets 1/3 of the daily recommended amounts of folic acid, and vitamins A and C. Bitter green flavor with a slightly nutty taste goes great tossed in a salad, as a side dish, or as a garnish.
